Built Through Passion For Hospitality

Behind Baleal Classic Waves is a hospitality project built gradually through dedication, consistency and experience.

Diogo, responsible for operations and guest experience, brings over a decade of hospitality experience, including experience in 4 and 5-star hotels. Over the years, he developed strong expertise in accommodation management, service quality and creating high-standard guest experiences for travellers from all over the world.

Alongside him is Marlene, with more than 10 years of professional housekeeping experience, ensuring every space is prepared with care, cleanliness and attention to detail before each arrival.

Together, the focus has always remained the same:
create spaces where guests genuinely feel comfortable, welcomed and well looked after.
