Payments must be completed through the secure payment methods provided. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date are eligible for a 100% refund of any prepayments made

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date are non-refundable

• In case of no-show, the total booking amount may be charged

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking

4. Guest Responsibilities

By using our services, guests agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation

• Respect all property rules and house guidelines during their stay

• Use the accommodation responsibly and not engage in illegal or unauthorized activities
